Shoge

The Grandmaster demonstrating techniques with the
rarely taught Shoge: Here the opponent uses a staff to simulate a
sword. The grandmaster performs a swift evasive maneuver as
the opponent slashes downward, at the same time slashing the shoge
upwards inflicting critical cut on the opponent's arm, then a second
downward strike into the stomach

On a second attempt the opponent is brought down
by a strike to the arms by the shoge blade, as the Grandmaster
evades the downward strike. The opponent is then finished off
